The Senior challenge

Many seniors are content that their physical abilities are "adequate." In truth, upon closer observation, there a large number of seniors who live what I refer to as "modified independent" lifestyles (requires dependence upon adaptive equipment and mobility devices and/or usually requires extra time), while many others live what I refer to as "marginally modified independent" (it takes a long time to do basic stuff, but they "get by")  lifestyles. These "marginally" modified independent lifestyles always require progressive adaptations and compromises towards using adaptive equipment like canes, walkers, and mobility devices (electric scooters, lift chairs, etc.) that begin to pull the subject towards experiencing a premature (and largely avoidable) senescence. But the issue is not merely limited to a progressive loss of physical abilities and level of independence. When an elderly individual become more sedentary, additionally, there is a heightened risk for experiencing vascular-based dementia due to decreased perfusion in the brain.

I have invested my entire professional career to studying the primary causative factors that are responsible for facilitating premature senescence. Why limit your understanding and efforts to counteract these insidious changes based upon hearsay and what tidbits of health information you might find in a lay press news article; when you can instead efficiently benefit from the extensive knowledge and experience base of a trusted medical professional who is capable of providing you with a holistic and customized exercise regimen (that will be carefully explained in simple terms) so that you will be confident about how to best secure and ensure your health and physical independence for many years to come?
