By establishing a baseline of your body composition at the start of treatment, I can supervise and revise your training program as needed to optimize your training goals. Individual parameters include: weight, BMI, body fat, lean body weight, subcutaneous fat, visceral fat, body water, skeletal muscle, muscle mass, bone mass, basal metabolic rate (BMR, the RDA of calories to maintain your current weight; used as a guideline if you want to gain lean weight or lose fat), and projected metabolic age.
